Installation

Sub-base:
Consolidated crushed stone with 2-course dense bitumen macadam receiving layer preferred, or concrete indoors.

Laying method:
Acrylic Resurfacer applied over sub-base to prevent any upward moisture migration. A layer of adhesive is applied, onto which the Shock pad is adhered. A Porefiller layer is laid, over which the three layers of aggregated acrylic colour is squeegeed on.

Laying conditions:
Must be dry with a minimum 10ºC. Indoors, ventilation and/or de-humidification may be necessary.

Surface finish:
Final colour coating squeegee applied. Play-lines painted onto the surface.

Surface available in a choice of colours or a combination of any two colours.

* Please note the Surface pace can be adapted to suit your requirements during the manufacturing process.

Maintenance

Little maintenance is required, although the surface should be kept clean and free of dust and debris. Washing the surface at least once a year, or more regularly if required, is recommended.
