Product Specifications

Description and Usage

Centrecourt Pro Acrylic Crack & Levelling Compound is used to fill and level any surface and structural cracks, as well as any birdbaths that may have formed in the surface.

Application

Apply directly into clean, dry cracks with a steel hand trowel.

For levelling ‘birdbaths’ use a rubber faced squeegee or straightedge.

Mix Design

Centrecourt Pro Acrylic Crack and Levelling Compound 4 litres
80 – 1—mesh, clean dry Silica sand 8 litres
Portland 1A Cement 1 litre

Blend the silica sand with the cement in a clean mortar mixer or by use of a hand drill. Add the Centrecourt Pro Acrylic Crack and Levelling Compound while mixing. Mix until there is uniform consistency. If the mix appears to dry, add additional Centrecourt Pro Acrylic Crack and Levelling Compound until a creamy consistency is obtained. Upon completion of mixing apply to cracks or low areas immediately.

NEVER ADD WATER

Clean equipment and tools immediately after completion.

Coverage

Crack: 1 litres of mixed emulsion. Approx. 64 – 80 centre metres measuring 0.63cm wide by 1.90cm to 2.54cm deep.
Patch: Quantities will vary with size and depth of ‘birdbath’.

Drying Time

Mixed material dries rapidly. Actual drying time will vary according to width and depth of crack or patch. Humidity, surface temperature and ambient temperature will affect the drying process.

Limitations and Precautions.

Centrecourt Pro Acrylic Crack and Levelling Compound should not be applied when the ambient temperature is below 100C (500F) or when the surface temperature is above 600C (1400F). Do not store in direct sunlight. Keep from freezing. Do not apply when rain is imminent.
